On-Call Optimizer user interface refresh
Through 2026, the On-Call Optimizer user interface is being completely refreshed to improve usability and enable the integration of significant improvements in functionality.
The rollout of the new interface is phased — if you don’t see the updated views in your schedule yet, please check back again soon.
Bugfixes and minor changes
- Improved export robustness for Splunk On-Call when multiple schedules share a base user resulting in overrides from one schedule needing to modify multiple Splunk policies.
- Fixed rate-limiting behaviour to correctly back-off when the Splunk On-Call API requests.
- Fixed schedules with more than one configuration template failing to delete with an error.
- Restored the permanently delete this schedule link on the Configuration tab of a schedule using configuration templates.
