On-Call Optimizer
On-Call Optimizer does not enforce hard limits on the number of schedules or members supported on any pricing plan.
If you are a few members or schedules over the limit described for your current pricing plan, that's completely OK!
However, if your usage of On-Call Optimizer is significantly (e.g. greater than 20-30%) above the limits described for your current plan, we will reach out to you to discuss how we can best support your scheduling needs - typically by moving you up to the next plan, or agreeing an additional fee to support the extra usage above what is included in your plan.
On-Call Optimizer offers a free trial to allow you to explore the application, test out the scheduling features and experience for yourself how the flexible scheduling and swap features can transform the on-call experience for your team.
Your free trial does not have a fixed duration and will end once you're consistently using On-Call Optimizer to generate assignments for at least one schedule.
There's no automated deadline or inflexible definition to worry about. We aim to work closely with you as part of your onboarding to ensure your needs are met and you're experiencing the full benefits On-Call Optimizer can provide.
Once we're confident you're getting value from On-Call Optimizer we'll let you know it's time to upgrade and work with you to ensure you're on the right plan.
If you choose not to upgrade, we'll give you 30 days to finish your trial and save any schedules or information you need to retain before we close your account.
We're confident that once you start using On-Call Optimizer you'll never want to go back to your previous ad-hoc or round robin scheduling methods, however in the unlikely event that you find On-Call Optimizer's scheduling and swap functionality is not right for you and your team within the first 30 or 60 days (depending on your chosen plan) of subscribing to On-Call Optimizer, we will refund your subscription fees in full.
If you need to request this refund, please use the contact form or reach out via the support details within On-Call Optimizer itself and discuss and process your refund as soon as possible.
